In this age of Science and Technology, the conventional education does not prepare the youths to face bigger challenges in their life whereas in the current era of knowledge based economy, Technical Education & Industrial Training plays an important role by catering the need of Industry/Govt. Departments/Public Sector Undertaking/Defence/Railways and all other employers by providing skilled diploma, engineers and supervisors.
It is the first unit of Technology In Institute. After passing from this institute, trainees will not only join in company but also get in the field of higher education in technology like diploma and degree courses of engineering. The trainees who have low income or in below poverty line, train and unemployed person who passed matriculation and are to able for self employment or employ in various industrial department of Central Govt/ State Govt and also in the field of private sector. If they train from this institute they can also train to some untrained person.
Now a day the Bihar Govt. liberance the industrial policy to open in skilled labour resources field. Hence this institute is also a part of that liberalization and set up this institute on 6th JAN 2010 by the Dr. Rajdeo Sharma Memorial trust and affiliation given on 26th August 2010 from Directorate General of training Ministry of skill development and Entrepreneurship under Govt. of India. I pledge as a director of the institute to provide best infrastructure with dedicated Instructor and other state of the art facilities to the student of this institutes. Once you join let me assure you that your stint at the institutions will not merely be a certificate enquiring experience, it would be totally stimulating and life changing experience.
